Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #3 - Outstanding Occasions

Hello Readers:
It is time for another challenge for Lawn Fawn.
Did you find yourself that some times this is the only way that your imagination and ideas come out of you busy brain? and also this is the only way that you can start using the stash of old supplies you got last year or year before that?? just by entering a challenge? Well at least this is the way I feel sometimes and just to add more is also the constant nagging of my husband saying "Another package? How much you spend this time??, When are you going to use all these supplies?" 😡
Anyway today I'm Going to use some of those supplies. This card is for the Lawn Fawnatics Outstanding Occasions challenge.
This card was created because one of my Niece's had to go to a wedding either Cancun or one of those resorts and obviously my brain started to think 😉.

I think this is a romantic way of say "I DO" in front of the "Great Blue Ocean".

For the card I used Georgia Pacific 110 lb card stock for card base and images.
Stamps: Lawn Fawn "Home Sweet Home, and Life is Good".
Die cuts: "Love" from Little B's handwritten set, and "arch and flowers" from Taylored Expressions Garden arbor &Gate and Arbor Accessories.
Inks:Distress inks in Spiced marmalade, Mustard seed, Salty Ocean and Mermaid Lagoon.
Stamping Up! in Creamy caramel, Closed to cocoa and Going gray.
Memento tuxedo black, Copic and Chameleon markers, White gel pen, Bic markers in Woodsy brown and Tiki hut tan.
Others:Foam tape, Liquid glue, tape adhesive, Stickles in Crystal and Wink of Stella.

Hope you enjoy this card and hope to see you soon!
Hugs :)

Lawn Fanatics Challenge #2

Hello Readers!

Today I'm showing you a simple interactive card for the Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #2. By the way I have to apologize for not mentioning this on my last post.
This card features the Easter Theme/Spring hope you like it.😊

As you can see it is a very simple slider card, but it was fun and challenging making it. This time I used several stamp and die sets from Lawn Fawn: Happy Easter, Spring Showers, Little Town Border, On The Mend, Grass border, and Slide Over.
Inks: Memento Tuxedo Black, Versafine, Tim Holt Distress ink for the sky to make the blue card stock more blue, Copic, Chameleon, and Bic's markers to color the images.
Flocking powder for the tail, clear embosing powder, wink of stella, foam tape, liquid glue, diamond glaze. Card stock from Georgia Pacific, Darice, Staples, and Glitter paper from Doodle Bug.

I have a lot of mix products in this project, specially some of the card stock. I found them stocked away in a bin that I hardly look at it. LOL!!

Well, hope you like it and don't forget to visit Lawn Fawnatics Blog.
Hugs :)

Happy Birthday!

Hello readers:
Today I want to share with you this fun card, that was inspired by a "I would like to visit this place one day" moment. I keep telling my daughter we have to take a trip to a nice, relaxing place like Arizona or Utah... I heard they have the most incredible Spas with a great view. So in the heat of the moment I created this fun birthday card. Hope you like it.

I used stamps and coordinating dies from Lawn Fawn: cactus "stuck on you", turtle "year two", cake "year three" and stone "critters on the savanna", faces from "love you a latte". Mountains from Pretty Pink Posh, Happy birthday from Simon Says. I color the images with Copic markers for cake, turtle and stone. For background I used Distress Inks.

Well, hope you have a great day! :)

I'm Back!!

Hello readers:
How are you? Hope you are doing great.
I need to apologize to you for not keeping up with this blog. I have many excuses (trust me) but I don't think that you want to hear them. Any way, I want to share a very nice picture from my visit to Mom in Mexico City. Hope you like it.

This magnificent archeological site is in the city of Tula de Allende in the state of Hidalgo in Central Mexico. These are the Atlantean warriors figures of the Toltec Empire located at the Quetzalcoalt piramid. If you have a chance please check the story of this city in the History Channel "Ancient Aliens". Or if you have a chance to visit Mexico, please don't forget to check this beautiful site.

Changing gears! I would like to show you a very fun card that can be perfect for a Mom to be at Easter time.
Card base, panel and figures were made with white card stock (Georgia Pacific 110 lbs). Stamps are a combination of Lawn Fawn and Simon Says card kit of the month. Sentiment is a die cut from Hero Art and cloud from Fiskars. Inks used are Memento tuxedo black, Copic markers and Distress ink.
Last card for today, it is a birthday card Pop Up! Thanks to Maymay Made it web site, that shows how to do it.

Dies used: Labels from Spellbinders, Ballons, cake, and birds from Lawn Fawn, Clouds from Fiskars, Inks: Memento tuxedo black, Versamark, Distress ink, Copic markers and Chameleon markers.
Sentiments: Lawn Fawn (inside) and My Favorite Things w/clear embossing powder (front).
